By using this website, requesting a consultation, or booking a service with Keeping It Kontained, you agree to these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use the site or book services.

We may update these terms from time to time. The version posted on this page at the time of your booking applies to that booking.

Keeping It Kontained provides professional organizing, unpacking, decluttering, downsizing, pack to sell preparation, business organization, and move management support.

We are not interior designers, contractors, appraisers, movers, or installers. We do not perform renovation, construction, electrical, plumbing, or permanent installation work unless it is expressly stated in writing as part of your package.

The scope of your project is defined by the package you purchase. Work outside that scope may require an additional session.

With your permission, we may photograph or record spaces before, during, and after a project for portfolio, marketing, social media, and training purposes across the businesses we operate.

We do not publish images of clients, family members, staff of a client business, or identifiable personal documents without written permission. You may decline media permission at any time before or during the project.

Consultations and packages are paid in advance through our secure payment processor. Your date is not reserved until payment is complete.

Payments are non-refundable once a session is booked, because the time and team are reserved for you and removed from our availability.

Prices in effect at the time of purchase apply to that purchase.

A session is considered complete at the end of the scheduled working time or when the agreed scope is finished.

If something within the completed scope needs a minor adjustment, contact us within 24 hours of the session and we will make reasonable corrections at no charge. Requests beyond minor adjustment, or requests made after 24 hours, are scheduled as new work.

Please give as much notice as possible if you need to change a date. Rescheduling is subject to actual team availability and may move your project further out.

If no one provides access at the scheduled start time and we cannot reach you within a reasonable window, the session is treated as a no-show and the payment is forfeited.

Nothing leaves your home without your direction. Before work begins, you confirm which categories of items may be discarded, donated, sold, or removed.

Once you authorize removal of an item, that decision is final and Keeping It Kontained is not responsible for the recovery or replacement of that item.

You are responsible for providing safe, legal access to the property and for having the authority to authorize work in the space.

We document pre-existing conditions where practical. Keeping It Kontained is not responsible for wear, damage, or defects that existed before our arrival, or for the failure of shelving, hardware, or furnishings that were already installed.

Please secure cash, jewelry, firearms, prescription medication, legal documents, and other high value or sensitive items before the session begins.

We do not appraise items and we do not advise on the value of belongings.

Pets must be confined or supervised when our team is working, for their safety and ours.

We reserve the right to pause or end a session, without refund, in the case of unsafe conditions or aggressive, threatening, intoxicated, or harassing behavior toward our team.

Conditions such as mold, pests, biohazards, structural hazards, or unsafe air quality may require remediation by a licensed provider before we can continue.

We may coordinate with haulers, donation centers, movers, cleaners, and other providers. Referrals are a convenience only and those providers are independent businesses responsible for their own work, insurance, and pricing.

Every home, household, and business is different. Results shown on this website are examples of past projects and are not a guarantee of a specific outcome, timeline, or amount of space recovered.

Maintaining a system after we leave depends on the household using it.

All text, photography, systems documentation, and design on this website belong to Keeping It Kontained and may not be copied or reused without permission.

Reviews and testimonials you submit publicly may be quoted, with your first name or initials, in our marketing.

This website is provided as is and may be unavailable at times for maintenance or reasons outside our control.

By providing your phone number or email, you agree that we may contact you about your consultation, project, scheduling, and account. You may opt out of marketing messages at any time.

Payments are processed by Stripe. Gift cards are purchased and delivered through Square. We do not store full payment card numbers.

Information you submit through forms is stored in our secure backend and is used to respond to and deliver your project.

Access to the client portal is by invitation. You are responsible for keeping your access code and account credentials confidential and for activity that occurs under your account.

To the extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim related to a project is limited to the amount paid for that project.

These terms are governed by the laws of the state in which Keeping It Kontained operates.
